A single supervised visit applies a professional-strength gel with the gums protected, lifting several shades in about an hour. Best when you want a visible result before an event or photos.
Custom take-home trays
Impressions produce trays molded to your teeth, worn with prescription gel for a set time each day. You whiten gradually at home and keep the trays for touch-ups later.
Who is a good candidate
Whitening works best on healthy teeth with yellow or brown surface staining. An exam rules out decay, gum issues, or a cracked tooth first, since gel on an untreated problem causes pain rather than results.
What whitening will not change
Whitening lifts natural tooth stains. It does not change the color of fillings, crowns, or veneers. If those show when you smile, we talk through options so the shades match after treatment.
Managing sensitivity

Will whitening damage my enamel?

Can I whiten if I have crowns or veneers?
Whitening only changes natural teeth, not existing crowns or veneers. If those show when you smile, we plan the shade so everything matches, sometimes whitening first and replacing older restorations to blend.
